We love pets! But, we do have pet policies that will need to be followed in order to have one live in your rental property. Property owners decide whether a pet is a good fit for their house; so while most of our rental listings allow a pet, some may not.

- We do not allow Chows, Dobermans, Great Danes, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers or any mix of these breeds.
- The pet fee is $500 – $800, based upon the size of the rental and owner’s recommendation. This is a one time fee and is non-refundable.
- You must provide breed designation
- You must provide shot records from a qualified veterinarian.
